First time using Hillview. When I asked about using "pads" to protect my lawn,... was told that I wouldn't need them-damage would be minimal. After the tree was down, I was left with multiple very deep holes throughout the lawn and large sections of ripped out turf. They left one hole that was a foot deep and four feet long where they dropped a large section of the tree trunk right onto the lawn. Did not return my call/text to address the damage. Would steer clear of this company. I've had multiple very large trees taken down before and I've never had anywhere near this level of damage. I regret having used Hillside.read more
